1- A germplasm preserving the biological resources of Agricus species: Genetic resources of macroscopic fungi have to be known and preserved because they may contain bioproducts for tomorrow and they play an important role in soil ecology and ecosystem resilience. Our research group pays attention onto the genus Agaricus. Since 20 years, we collect, receive and study numerous isolates of Agaricus form various world areas. They are conserved in a collection named Collection du Germoplasme des Agarics de Bordeaux (CGAB). It is a valuable tool for researches.
2- A Fusarium collection containing isolates from various French areas and classified for their potentialities of mycotoxin production. Produced for our own research works, this collection is open to other research groups.
