I’m working on plant biology and biotechnology. My work is done in the team "Fruit Organogenesis and endoreduplication" who is interested in developmental biology in fleshy fruits, with the aim to gain a better understanding of the mechanisms involved in flower initiation and development of fruit, to contribute to the improvement of fruit quality criteria, using tomato as a model for fleshy fruit and strawberry as an application fruit. I am also studying the regulatory mechanisms of plant resistance to pathogens and the regulation of plant cell proliferation.
