Docteur en Phytopathologie de l’Université Rennes I. Thème de la thèse : Analyse de la diversité desPythiumspp. impliqués dans le cavity spot de la carotte et étude des relations hôte-parasite en vue de la sélection variétale pour la résistance.

Recrutée en 1994 en tant que Maître de Conférences en Phytopathologie à l’ENITA de Bordeaux (Bordeaux Sciences Agro). Thèmes de recherche : Epidémiologie du chancre du châtaignier,Cryphonectria parasitica,Etiologie et  nuisibilité des pertes racinaires en culture de tomate hors sol.

Thème de recherche depuis 2004 : Epidémiologie de l’esca de la vigne. Approche spatiotemporelle de la maladie à l’échelle de la parcelle et identification des facteurs environnementaux et culturaux impliqués.
