The Research Unit ‘Ecophysiologie et Génomique Fonctionnelle de la Vigne’ (EGFV) is composed of 3 pools of technical expertise which integrate many technical resources in agronomy, ecophysiology, biochemistry, and molecular biology.
The aim of these 3 pools is to organize and coordinate different expertises to facilitate the research project of the unit. Each pool has a well defined role based on specific methodologies and equipments.
The first pool is in charge of preparing plant materials and managing the infrastructures needed for all the experiments of the unit. This pool is led by Maria Lafargue and groups 4 permanent members.
For more information, please see the page 'Plant resources/Infrastructures’.
The second pool develops and sets up biochemistry and molecular biology techniques for the analysis required in the unit. This pool is led by Ghislaine Hilbert and groups 6 permanent members.
For more information, please see the page 'Analytical and molecular tools’.
The third pool provides advices or help for the set up of physical measurement devices. This pool is led by Jean Pascal Goutouly and groups 2 permanent members.
For more information, please see the page 'Physical measurements'.
