THEME DE RECHERCHE :

Comment le métabolisme est-il programmé et comment contribue-t-il à la performance de la plante ? De telles questions ont du sens lorsque l’on s’intéresse aux fruits ! En tant que physiologiste je m’intéresse à l’intégration de l’information que nous obtenons grâce à toute une gamme d’approches expérimentales. Mon intérêt pour les enzymes m’a conduit à développer des outils dédiés à l’analyse à haut débit du métabolisme, outils que nous utilisons pour étudier le métabolisme des fruits sous toutes les coutures.
